Course Description
Would you like to multiply your organization’s impact? Discover how better information (obtained through statistics, surveys, and scorecards) can help you make better decisions and manage more effectively in an ever-changing environment. You can count on a lively, practical experience that will improve your ability with these powerful tools for animal protection.
This 4-week course is part of the Executive Leadership Certificate Program.
Course Objectives
This course will enhance your skills in the following areas:
• Identifying valuable, free or low-cost data -- within your organization, about your community and on animal protection issues -- to guide your activities.
• Designing simple research efforts that can reveal what’s most important to your constituencies.
• Incorporating key metrics into management meetings to help your organization stay on track.
